In May, June & August 2024, we are running a number of ladies surf retreats in Pembrokeshire, West Wales for females only. The course is aimed at both the complete novice & intermediate female surfers who want some education & advice on all aspects of the sport such as performance analysis & the development of specific manoeuvres (whilst most importantly having lots of fun!). We would like to thank all the girls who took part in last years workshops and hope you all had as much fun taking part as we did running them. It was great to see so much mutual support and encouragement in this fast growing section of the sport. 

The women’s weekends are designed for all abilities including those who have never surfed or paddle boarded before so you will be fine. The two days are split into 4 sessions The mornings will start at the beach at 10 am and finish at around 12.15pm, then we break for lunch (you will need a packed lunch) and start again at 2pm-4pm.
