Your Intensive Instructor Package
The course is designed to give you training, practical experience and useful equipment to support your next step into the outdoor industry.
3 Weeks Training
Intensive on-the-job development, usually across four training days per week.
Small Groups
A maximum of 10 trainees helps keep practical coaching focused and supportive.
Equipment Package
A personal surf and SUP coach equipment package worth up to £450 is included.

Three Weeks Of Real Outdoor Training
This is not a classroom-only course. Training happens on beaches, in the water and around real activity sessions.
Train In Wales, Build Experience & Explore Future Opportunities
Paid work is not guaranteed, but there may be opportunities during or after the course depending on ability, availability, demand and suitability.
Possible experience can include community watersports programmes, surf shop work, activity-centre support and helping with sessions when appropriate.
