We create individualised itineraries for all of our ultimate activity packages taking into account the weather forecast, wind, and tide times to ensure that you have the best possible experience with us, in and on the water. We recommend arriving on a Sunday or Monday so that your activities can take place from Monday to Friday. You will receive your detailed itinerary (via email) the week prior to your arrival in Pembrokeshire.

Arrive at your accommodation and settle in before your activities start the next day. Our team has spent years exploring Pembrokeshire and is happy to offer recommendations for a couple of hours of exploring after your arrival. Or you can kick off your week of activities with a Surf or SUP in the afternoon. 

We’re going to hit the ground running today with an action packed day of surfing at the famous Freshwater West Beach. Before your first surf lesson, you will be met by your surf coach and given a nice dry wetsuit before meeting the rest of your group. You will have as much fun as possible whilst learning all about this exhilarating sport! The exact beach depends on the conditions on the day, where the waves are ideal for learning to surf.

After your lesson, enjoy a leisurely lunch on the beach while checking out the skills of the local surfers. Then jump right back into the water with your instructor and put what you learned in the morning into action. Each day will finish at around 4pm so you have plenty of time in the evening for a sunset walk and delicious dinner at any one of Pembrokeshire’s lovely pubs & restaurants.

Get ready to explore Pembrokeshire’s unspoiled National park coastline this morning because we are going Paddle Boarding! Your instructor will meet you at Stackpole Quay and get you kitted out with a wetsuit, buoyancy aid, and board before providing a short safety briefing and introduction to the basics of paddle boarding. We’ll be up and standing on our boards in no time exploring the delights this stretch of coastline has to offer. Magnificent cliffs and crystal clear water, what more could you want!. This is an experience that will help you reboot and feel alive!

The afternoon is free to do as you wish so why not enjoy a restful afternoon back at your accommodation or take a walk over to Barafundle Bay, one of Pembrokeshire’s most beautiful beaches.

Let us kick off day 4 with an adrenaline-fuelled coasteering adventure! We will get you kitted out in a wetsuit, buoyancy aid, helmet, and a pair of your old trainers at the wild coasteering spot - Lydstep Caverns. The awe-inspiring coastline of Pembrokeshire provides the ideal venue for this exhilarating adventure where you’ll find yourself swimming into sea caves, climbing up through natural rock arches, and flinging yourself from towering vertical rock faces. Trust us, you’ll be smiling from ear to ear the entire time! 

After lunch, we will meet in Saundersfoot for a relaxing paddle to Monkstone Point. With the skills and confidence, you built on your first expedition, head out for a paddle on this new route, exploring another stunning area of the Pembrokeshire coastline during your second sea paddle boarding experience.

We’ll seek out the swell this morning for your third and final surf lesson. Our expert instructors will pick up where you left off and have you picking up new skills in no time. Whether you are working on perfecting your pop up or starting little turns you will have lots of time to practice in the water riding the waves and tons of fun at the same time. 

This afternoon we will check out Stackpole Quay from a different perspective - in the water for our last activity of the week - another exhilarating coasteering experience! Say farewell to your instructors and leave us feeling energised and inspired by your incredible week of experiences!
