Course Breakdown

🔹 Part 1: SLSGB Surf Coach Lifesaver Award (40 Hours)

• Fitness assessment required

🔹 Part 2: ISA Level 1 Surf Coach (2 Days + Internship)

• Prerequisite: SLSGB Lifesaver Award + 2 years surf experience

• Surf skill assessment (bottom turn, controlled wave riding)
• 20-hour internship
