You should be comfortable in and around water and have a reasonable level of fitness. You do not need to be a strong swimmer, but you should be able to swim at least 25 metres unaided.
Safety is our top priority. All sessions are led by experienced guides trained in water safety, rescue techniques and first aid. Before entering the water, you will receive a full safety briefing covering the route plan, communication signals, jumping techniques, safe swimming practices and emergency procedures.
