Build Your Confidence
Enjoy supportive sessions selected around the conditions, your current ability and the progress you want to make.
Join Salty Sisters on France's Atlantic coast for a week focused on developing your surfing, understanding the ocean and building confidence in better waves.
Stay in Soustons Plage, surrounded by pine forest and close to Atlantic beaches. Come independently or with friends and enjoy a supportive progression retreat combining coaching, technique, wave knowledge, movement and relaxed surf-camp living.
The Salty Sisters France retreat brings together focused surf progression, friendship, fresh air and time away from everyday routines.
The retreat is designed for women who want to understand what is holding them back, improve their technique and become more confident in the ocean. Whether you're catching your very first wave or already surfing green waves, this retreat is designed to help you progress in a relaxed, supportive environment.
Enjoy supportive sessions selected around the conditions, your current ability and the progress you want to make.
Meet other women naturally through surf sessions, meals, beach days and relaxed time at camp.
Relax beside the pool, enjoy the pine-forest setting and make space for yourself between active days.
Many women would love to take a surf trip but do not have somebody available to travel with. Salty Sisters makes it easier to take that step independently.
Shared surf sessions, meals, yoga, cross-training and relaxed camp life create natural opportunities to get to know the other guests without forcing the group atmosphere.
There is also space to rest and enjoy time independently. Being part of the retreat does not mean every moment has to be organised.
Come for the surfing, but expect the friendships and shared experiences to become an equally important part of the week.
The retreat is based close to Soustons Plage, one of the best-known beach breaks on France's southwest Atlantic coast. Its long open beach and multiple peaks give the coaching team options when selecting the most suitable conditions for the group.
Away from the surf, the surrounding landscape is shaped by pine forest, dunes and the Courant d'Huchet river. This protected natural area is known for its freshwater lagoon, winding waterways and distinctive dune landscape.
Late September offers the chance to experience the region beyond the busiest summer period while still enjoying French surf culture, Atlantic energy and the relaxed rhythm of life around Soustons Plage
